Hours of Operation
The Historic Log Village welcomes visitors every Wednesday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM throughout the summer season, from Memorial Day through Labor Day. During these hours, the historic buildings are opened for guests to step inside and explore the authentic artifacts that furnish each unique structure.
Every Saturday during our regular hours, the open courtyard comes alive with entertaining displays, fascinating demonstrations, and interactive fun designed for all ages. For specific details on each week’s activities, please visit the “Programs & Events” section of our website.
To add a bit of adventure to your visit, we invite you to take part in one of our three unique scavenger hunts. These challenges lead you through the Log Village in search of hidden details and historical facts, offering a wonderful way to explore our distinctive buildings while you play.
On both Saturdays and Wednesdays, don’t miss the chance to visit our Self-Serve Olde Time Photo Booth. Step back in time by choosing from our collection of pioneer costumes and attire. Once you’re dressed for the era, grab a tripod and your phone to capture your own historic family portraits against the backdrop of our antique buildingsāa completely free experience for the whole family!
Beyond our standard daytime hours, we also host the Wednesday Night Back Porch Series, featuring programs that educate and entertain visitors of all ages. With several other special events scheduled throughout the season, be sure to check the “Programs & Events” section of our website for a full calendar of our programs.
